Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please review the following return policy and procedure:

~ The item MUST be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt.
~ The item must be returned through either USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS using a tracking number and with insurance. VAS Bijoux is not                           responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
~ Please pack the jewelry in the same manner it was shipped to you (this includes all original packing material).
~ Customer is responsible for paying the all return shipping charges.
~ Any other form of return, other than what is listed above, will NOT be accepted. Return items damaged due to poor packaging by the   customer will be deemed ineligible for refund.
~ Before you ship any return package to us, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Any unauthorized return will be refused.

Custom Orders can not be returned or exchanged.

Cleaning and Maintaining Your Jewelry

It is natural for gemstones to have slight imperfections of size and color so please do not be surprised to find this in some occasions.

Silver oxidation: While we have already oxidized some of our jewelry as part of the design process it is quite natural for Sterling Silver to develop a darker oxidation over time. The best way to prevent this is by gently brushing your pieces with a small brush, mild soap and warm water.  Allow the piece to dry on a paper towel and gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth. CAUTION: Do not use this method of cleaning with Pearls (see below).

Cleaning Pearl jewelry:  Do NOT use soap but gently brush the metal with warm water. Do NOT brush the pearls as this will scratch them.  Allow the pieces to dry and gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth.

Storing your jewelry: VAS Bijoux pieces are quite delicate. It is advised that you keep them in their original box so as not to bend or scratch the pieces.

Repairs

Before we send your purchased jewelry to you, it is carefully inspected to assure quality and excellence.

Our jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If your piece is damaged or broken it may be returned within the first 30 days (from the purchase date) for a complimentary repair. The jewelry will be returned at our expense.

After 30 days, repairs will be subject to a minor charge.  Please contact info@vdastesurcouf.com or call our studio at (415) 379-4841 to discuss the repair

Shipping

VASBijoux offers both domestic and international shipping.  All shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service.  All packages are certified and insured.
